Duplexes, apartment buildings, and purpose-built rentals in Toronto and the GTA. BREG understands Ontario RTA rent control, CMHC MLI Select financing, and GTA submarket cap rates. Cap rates: 3.5–5.5%.

Owner-user
Warehouses, industrial condos, manufacturing facilities, and logistics buildings in the GTA. BREG assesses clear heights, loading specs, GTA zoning, environmental status, and highway access for every acquisition.
Price range: $500K – $60M+
Owner-user
Office condos, boutique buildings, and suburban campuses in Toronto and the GTA. BREG understands Class A/B/C distinctions, parking ratios, floor plate efficiency, and conversion potential. Sale price: $78–$500+/sq ft.
